Refund policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your blade. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund, the knife must be returned in original, unused condition. It must be shipped back in its original packaging with all included materials (sheaths, cards, etc.).

2. Used or Damaged Items

Because our knives are precision tools handmade in small batches, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use.

 If a knife is returned with scratches on the blade or scales, edge wear, or modifications, the return will be denied, and the knife will be sent back to you.

 Note: If your knife arrived with an unexpected cosmetic issue or a manufacturing defect straight out of the box, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

3. Shipping Costs

 Change of mind: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method; we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 Defects/Errors: If we made a mistake or there is a structural defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all costs to repair, replace, or fully refund your order.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship items back without contacting us first. To start a return, send an email to waxedwingmetalworks@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item (usually within 2–3 business days), we will process your refund to your original payment method.
